On entering the guest room, there was a faint cigarette smell and ants everywhere; I told customer service, and she just said thank you and promised to handle it the next day—what a lazy response. I even asked for insecticide. The overall feeling was terrible. Everything was awful.

It’s close to the Chenghuang Temple night market. The parking lot is tiny; at check‑in they said I’d need to leave the key to move the car, then later said no, but in the middle of the night they called asking me to move it. The bed was too soft and old, with springs that felt like they could snap; the spring next to the bed even broke, almost poking me.
