The location is great, right in the center of Ustronie Morskie. The manager, in my opinion, should not have any customer contact; she was very unpleasant, aggressive, and only focused on money. We booked a deluxe room with a hydromassage bathtub, but the main feature of the bathroom didn’t work, the tub had a yellowish bottom and leaked. I called a local plumbing company, and the person I spoke to said this was basically a recurring problem at the property—whether that’s true or if the professional was treated like me and didn’t want to ruin his Saturday afternoon by contacting the manager. The owner, when we suggested calling a plumber or a plumbing emergency, said it was Saturday so no one would come. She left the room and returned a few minutes later with the news that repair was impossible at the moment. We were offered a room change, which made no sense because the occupied room’s bathroom also had a shower cabin that turned out to be unpleasantly smelling, not like disinfectant chemicals—something I know about because I work professionally with cleaning agents for public facilities. As a “compensation,” we received a room service dinner of two portions of fried cod with fries (maybe 50 g) and literally a tablespoon of salad, for which the owner said we should be grateful. I’ll note that when we left, the same room with the still‑unfixed bathtub was offered for rent.

Super breakfasts, close to the sea. Friendly staff.

The wardrobe in the room was a drama, breakfasts are never remarkable and always the same, pseudo cosmetics in the bathroom. I do not recommend.
