The spot’s spot on the map, the crew are friendly and well‑versed, and they gave solid food tips; the pool area was tidy and the rooms were spotless and cozy. The beds felt a tad firm for our taste, but that’s all.

Everything stayed spotless the whole time, and the staff were attentive and genuinely kind, even arranging a surprise birthday cake for my son. We stayed in a family room that opened straight onto the swimming pool.

Everything was amazing, absolutely perfect. The location was great, we appreciated the quieter road that kept us away from the bars yet still a short walk to the beach. The hotel was exceptional, beautifully presented with a cool layout, and every room opened onto a terrace. The pool was perfect, and we used it daily to cool off after walking back from the beach or town. The staff kept cleaning constantly. Kata hillside hotel is an absolute gem and we’re so happy to have experienced it. I’ll recommend it to anyone traveling to Phuket.
