Nothing. I made my reservation and when I arrived they told me everything was full. Lack of seriousness!

I had a rough time from the start. I called a few days before to ask if I could pay the full amount on arrival because I only had cash, and the front desk guy said it was fine. But when I got there, they didn’t even recognize my reservation, told me it wasn’t in their system, and tried to put me in a fan‑only room before moving me to a climate‑controlled one. The staff were disorganized and rude, and I never felt comfortable.
