The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast offered an amazing variety – from freshly made smoothies to a full cooked spread. The location was perfect, close to the Central Railway Station, Tram and Bus stops, and a short walk to the Opera House and Waterside. A great holiday in a fabulous hotel.

The location is very good, right by the train station; the breakfast buffet is superb, truly wonderful! The reception staff are very reserved and rarely smile.
