The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the place was spotless and exactly as advertised – it was a great value for the price and felt safe too.

I really enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere and the hotel's location was perfect for shopping – the staff were also super friendly and seemed to embody the spirit of ubuntu. Overall, it was a great experience.

The staff here is seriously top-notch - the owner and everyone else I met were super friendly and helpful. I've stayed at a lot of places, but this one takes the cake. The only thing I can say is that there's nothing to complain about, which is a rare thing.

We were really impressed by the kindness of the staff here - they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The only downside was that the place was a bit of a madhouse, with things moving at lightning speed. Still, the staff's warmth made up for it.
