“Localização excelente, casa com potencial e anfitriã excecional”

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Linares Country House; the location is excellent, quiet yet well connected, letting us make the most of the area. The house itself is lovely, with a good atmosphere and space, and we noticed several areas that could be improved, which the owner said are already being addressed. We especially want to highlight how we were welcomed and supported. Sandra was extremely attentive and available at all times, and we greatly appreciated her friendliness and care. We felt welcomed and supported throughout our stay. We recommend the property, especially to those looking for peace, nature, and an authentic country house experience, and we believe that with the ongoing improvements the stay will be even better in the future. The lighting needs improvement, and the bathroom is not very functional, especially for showers and with little privacy.

“Uma estadia para repetir!”

A stay to repeat! 🌿✨ It was a fantastic experience at Linhares Country House. From the first moment we found exactly what we were looking for: peace, tranquility, and rest in a wonderful environment surrounded by nature with truly fresh air. The ambience is magnificent, with the farm animals adding to the special experience. The house is simply top: very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and with all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. I especially highlight the huge hall and the excellent decoration throughout the house. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the days in complete calm. And for those traveling with pets, it’s even better: our pets could run freely and enjoy the space, which made all the difference for us. 🐾❤️ A special shout‑out to the host, who was incredibly friendly and available, always helpful, attentive, and caring, welcoming us with open arms and spoiling us with treats throughout the stay. These small big gestures make the experience even more special. ❤️ The location is also excellent: about 10 minutes from Praia das Rocas, near river beaches and all necessary services, including supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, ATMs, and a fuel station. It was here that we found the peace and well‑deserved rest we were looking for. We left with full hearts and a certainty: we will definitely come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“Ideal para quem gosta de Natureza e tranquilidade”

The place is amazing for nature lovers, super quiet. If you want to head to Praia das Rocas and spend a season in Castanheira de Pêra, the house is fantastic. D. Sandra was very welcoming and helpful. We came with a 2‑year‑old baby who loved playing outside and with the animals.
