I liked the staff and the room cleaning. I booked a room with king bed. But unfortunately at the time of checking in, they told me they only had a room with 2 queen beds. It was really hard for my husband and I to sleep on a queen bed. We didn't get a good sleep

The breakfast area and laundry corner are good, but the location is a problem; we often ran into drug users and homeless people nearby and didn’t feel safe.

The rooms are tidy and clean, the shower is fantastic, and breakfast is varied and plentiful; the hotel sits in downtown and is a 10‑minute walk from the Gaslamp district. Walking around at night near the hotel is safe, but there aren’t many attractions, restaurants, or bars nearby—you always have to head into Gaslamp or Little Italy. Parking is convenient.
