One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! The premises are well maintained, the food excellent, and the aquapark for kids was amazing. They recently opened a padel court that we really enjoyed. The staff was exceptional, and both the pool and beach area were amazing. The only downside was that we booked a stay that was too short.

Super service from the staff, a very nice pool, fantastic sea view, and a very comfortable bed. Plenty of options at the breakfast buffet. Overall a very pleasant atmosphere. The shower, although brand new, has a very weak rain shower and a low hand shower that you can’t stand under—consider a higher holder so you can stand under it. The room was also a bit noisy from above and to the side. We found the price‑quality of the restaurants and pool service not great, too expensive for Greek standards. Overall a fantastic resort, but for this price we had different expectations.

The staff really make this place special; they were lovely and eager to help. We appreciated how accommodating they were for kids, the free food and ice cream area was great, and the kids club even for our daughter under 2 was a nice way to break up the day. What brings the property down is the claim that it has been fully refurbished, which it hasn't; only a new amazing pool area and new restaurant area exist, while the hotel and rooms have just had “a lick of paint” and new furniture. The absence of sunbeds would also be a problem in summer, and the breakfast produce could be improved—if it’s a 5‑star hotel, the food at breakfast isn’t 5‑star.

The hotel complex is very pretty and the staff are extremely friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast buffet is excellent, though the surrounding area of the hotel could use improvement.

Die Lage am Meer, der tolle Strand und die wenigen Kilometer nach Rethymnon! Wir erhielten netterweise ein Upgrade!. Ein zweiter Sessel im Zimmer wäre schön. So muss man einen der Balkonstühle reinstellen, damit man zu zweit sitzen kann
