We’ve stayed at this hotel before and usually come back. We booked a deluxe room, which is more luxurious. During our stay a malfunction occurred in the room, and the hotel staff and manager handled it attentively and kindly. The rooms we were given weren’t at the level we booked, so they moved us to a smaller room and immediately dealt with a price adjustment through BOOKING to compensate us. They also helped us with a late check‑out on the day of our flight. Minor glitches can happen, but only a good hotel like this knows how to handle and help. The hotel’s location is especially amazing, and the service is high‑level.
