The floor layout gives a homely feel. The bed was extremely soft, almost like a pit. The stairs creak loudly, which isn’t a problem until you go to the bathroom at night and everyone wakes up.

The location was stunning, the décor tasteful, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and felt like home.

The apartment was very clean, fully equipped with a kitchen and a capsule coffee machine. The train station is about a 10‑12 minute walk, and from there the connection to Utrecht city centre is ideal—no need to drive to a parking lot. If you’re driving into Utrecht, this is a great free‑parking option. In warm weather you can relax on the terrace. The only downside was a slight car‑noise from the highway, but it didn’t bother us. There’s no toilet on the floor—only a shower and a sink.
