The hotel was great and within walking distance of the train station; nothing negative.

The shower room was good, though the water temperature kept fluctuating between warm and very hot. The pillows were rock hard and horribly uncomfortable, the WiFi didn’t work, and there were no chairs in the room. An extra sofa bed was pulled out and made up even though we had booked a double bed for two occupants, which left very little floor space and blocked access to the window and curtains.

The hotel was basic yet clean and conveniently located near the bus and railway station, and it stayed quite quiet; the staff were friendly and reasonable. However, the room was far too warm, making it hard to sleep, and with no air conditioning the fan offered little relief; I had to keep the window open, which let in a fair amount of street noise.
