Nothing positive; minutes after checking in I went to shower, but the drain was clogged and the high water pressure caused the shower box to overflow, with black, sewage‑smelling residue rising up the drain; I tried to contain the water with a towel but failed, then had to scrape out solid black debris, hair, empty pins, and other parts weighing about 1 kg or more. I dragged the dirty towel to the door, and when I reported the issue through the intercom, the staff responded rudely and threateningly, claiming a 30‑real fee because I had used the towel as a mop. I explained the situation, but the staff, unidentified through the glass, insisted on charging and refused to open the gate for my exit. I made it clear I would not pay, and if they insisted, I would pursue legal action for the towel.
