“Great Hotel in Nusa Dua”

The pool area is amazing, with plenty of shade, a big pool, and a swim‑up bar; the staff were very nice and accommodating, food and drinks were great, and room service is available. It’s right on the beach, has nice gardens, a gym, and is close to many great restaurants, so I would definitely recommend it. Everything was great, but our room was a little dated, though they’re doing renovations, so it looks like all the rooms are getting upgraded.

A very comfortable resort with a beautiful pool and lovely rooms, especially the ones that have been refurbished. I could have stayed longer.

“Overall very enjoyable”

The place was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the location was great. However, we had to wait a long time for the shuttle, and it was frustrating that we ordered drinks during happy hour (4–6 pm). We bought three beers for the price of two, but because I hadn’t finished my third beer before 6 pm, they refused to honor the deal. 🤬

“I really enjoyed my stay at Peninsula and I would definitely stay there again.”

I appreciated the location—supermarkets and everything else were close by. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety that was all delicious. The highlight was our poolside spot overlooking the ocean, where we could spot Gunung Agung through the clouds and watch people on the footpath, meeting locals along the way. The staff were amazing, especially Adam who took care of us by the pool with food, drinks, and interesting local information, and the security guys at the front always made sure we could cross the road safely. The only downside was that the top of the cabinet where the coffee, tea, kettle, and sugar sachets were kept wasn’t cleaned well; there were ants in the container and along the back of the cabinet top. I used mosquito spray and a wet cloth to wipe it off, and the surface was quite grubby. The floor also needed mopping, as walking barefoot after a shower left my feet dirty. I didn’t mention it then because it wasn’t a huge issue.
