The breakfast was excellent, varied, and tasty. The location of the property is a bit on the outskirts. The pool and lawn are great for spending hours in the sun. The breakfast and dinner times are a bit too early, but everything else is fine!

The hotel is absolutely quiet in Algund, with fantastic balcony views, yet still well connected by bus to Merano. The daily dinner menu is especially worth booking. The attentive service from the hotel’s sons, who were always ready for questions or hiking tips, was remarkable. The rooms were spotless and the beds were top‑class. We were completely satisfied and would recommend it to anyone planning a holiday in South Tyrol. Nothing negative.

The place is clean, modern, well kept, and very pretty. The staff are nice. However, there is no air conditioning as advertised; our room was unbearably hot, so we had to buy fans and set them up around the room. The view from our room was beautiful, but we couldn’t stand to be in it because it was so hot. We barely slept at night. The staff explained how to use the HVAC system, but it turned out to be only heating and ventilation, no cooling. I might consider staying in the winter, but not in the summer.

Breakfast is excellent and the location is fantastic. Everything was superb. We felt very comfortable and would highly recommend the hotel. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

The rooms and kitchen are good. The dining room style is not typical of the area.
