The location was beautiful and they let us check in early for a reasonable fee. However, the staff were extremely rude during both check‑in and check‑out, the room was much smaller than I expected, and it wasn’t as clean as I had thought.

The hotel was centrally located for what I needed to get done. The kitchen was closed. I was told that they hadn't hired a replacement yet. This was annoying because one reason I booked this property was an on-site restaurant. Another problem for me was the mouse in my room. I switched rooms but there was a definite lack of concern from the front desk staff about the problem
