The hotel was extremely clean, and the pool and gym were open until 10pm with towels available in both areas; a small snack area was provided. Breakfast was perfectly adequate with bagels, cereal, fruit, and hard‑boiled eggs, and coffee was available 24 hours. The shower in my room had no hot water, just lukewarm, but when I mentioned it at checkout I received an offer of reward points, a snack bag, and a very sincere apology for the inconvenience.

The breakfast was solid and the staff were helpful, and the location was great with shops and restaurants nearby, but the mattress could have been better and the pillows were too soft, while the air conditioner was too loud.
