The location, service, and room size were good. The breakfast was weak, especially considering it was served by the hotel’s Italian restaurant. I spent two weeks in Korea and this turned out to be the best breakfast place, but it was still a bit weak.

Breakfast was tasty, though it could have been a touch hotter, and the hallway that leads to the rooms was noticeably dark and dreary.

The hotel sits close to the shopping street MYEONG DONG and two train stations, yet it’s on a quiet street. There’s a nice ROOFTOP, the rooms are quiet, spacious, and pleasant, the shower is reasonably sized, and there’s a small niche with a curtain for hanging clothes. The staff are friendly, there’s a small gym, and in the basement a paid washer and dryer. Breakfast offers hummus and sometimes cucumber or broccoli, scrambled eggs, tuna, yogurt, cornflakes, bread and pastries, juice, and specialty coffee. Asian food is also available. At night the room lacks light near the bed, and breakfast could include more Asian options.

The location is excellent and the room is spacious; the staff are courteous and helpful as needed. The Wi‑Fi was very weak, and the shower’s water pressure was also poor.
