I asked to change rooms and ended up in the Anpurna room, which had a strong bad smell and extra charges of 2400. The property should have better fragrance, cleanliness, and staff should be soft‑spoken.

The hotel’s location was amazing, quiet and peaceful, close to Naddi Sunset Point, and the view from the room was incredible.

The room was cramped, the hotel was in a decent location, and the staff were friendly, but the rooms weren’t cleaned properly, the door had no lock, the bedding was uncomfortable, and there were a lot of flies.
