I booked this hotel for my parents, who are senior citizens. Owner Shri Pradeep Jee supported and helped them with everything, treating them like family. He took great care of them and assisted with their travel to Kathmandu. According to my parents, the hotel is very good, neat, clean, and the staff is supportive. The food was good, and overall Mr. Pradeep Jee is a very good man. May God bless him with even more success. Thank you so much, Pradeep Jee 🙏🙏🙏🙏. All was GOOD.

The hotel sits in a great spot right next to the holy Janaki Temple, which made exploring the area a breeze.

The staff was helpful and the wifi worked fine, and the location was convenient, but the bedsheets never got cleaned even after multiple requests, the food was awful in both taste and presentation, the lift was broken, towels were dirty and ripped, the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan and proper toilets, and we couldn't pay online so we had to settle in cash.
