“Nul !”
Not much to say, but the reception and most of the food and bar staff were extremely cold and condescending, as was one of the front‑desk managers.

The hotel is organized and complete; the room was fine except the bathtub seams leaked, so it felt like a pool with no drainage but nothing serious. The pool was gorgeous with great DJs who set the vibe, and the music around it was enjoyable. Three daytime bars and good food—dinner and lunch offered many options and varied menus. The evening shows were very satisfying, even featuring fire‑throwers for entertainment. Nothing to complain about, and the price is really fair and comprehensive.

Everything was great, except the usual Wi‑Fi issues.

The housekeeping staff and waitresses were attentive and respectful, yet some guests treat them with disdain, feeling superior because they are “on vacation.” The front‑desk team refuses to be conciliatory when you explain a problem, and a server flirted with your wife right in front of you. I travel a lot (over 60 hotels) and this is the first time I’ve encountered such deplorable service for a supposedly 4‑star property. Hygiene was awful: sheets, pillows and shower towels smelled bad, and even when I asked for replacements they still carried a nauseating odor that kept me from sleeping. Equipment was outdated—noisy AC, uncomfortable bedding, a poor TV, shabby furniture, and a bathroom that wasn’t up to standard. The laundry service was overpriced and supposedly premium, yet they returned my clothes in plastic bags, poorly pressed, even though ironing was part of the service. Breakfast was mediocre, comparable to a 2‑star hotel, and the all‑inclusive option would have been cheaper and better. It left me feeling ill, as we were.

No Wi‑Fi in the rooms; you have to go to the main building for it. Everything at the hotel is old.
