Everything was perfect. The spot is strategic for city exploration, the staff are kind and helpful, and the room is cozy with a great city view.

The view is fantastic, the room is clean and spacious, and there’s access to various facilities and locations. Breakfast was very nice with a wide range of choices. The water in the bathroom kept leaking into the toilet area, and there is no sauna.

All staff were very helpful and kind, always ready to assist, and I could see the KLCC from my room as requested.
