The place was tranquil. The service, however, should have had better knowledge of Portuguese.
“Sans plus.”
The breakfast room offered a wide variety and the food was very good. The room floor was damaged, the wardrobes were dusty, there was a damp smell, some outlets didn’t work, and the sink drained poorly.
“Overall extremely poor expetience”
Breakfast was cold, the room was small, the AC wasn’t working properly, and I was left stranded even though I had booked airport pick‑up.
“Séjour correct gâché par la très mauvaise qualité du resto Ventanal”
The room was huge, comfortable and the staff were welcoming. The hotel restaurant Ventanal was a real disaster: the prices were outrageous for reheated, incomplete dishes that tasted awful, so we couldn’t finish any of our dinner. We’d have liked to try the nearby dspot restaurant, but it was closed on Monday evening.
