“Great location. Lovely bed.”
The location was great, quiet, and perfect for evening walks. The bed was really comfy and the rooms were huge, so we used the mini hob/stove top a fair bit. The bathroom hot water seems to be on a timer, with no hot water before 8 am. On the last day there was no hot water at all, so we had to fill the bath with the kettle and a big pan just to wash before setting off—no one likes a freezing cold shower! The stovetop and sink doors don’t fold back correctly, so you end up elbowing them when cooking, but the stovetop itself works fine. A few narrow bedside tables would help avoid having to put the coffee mug on the floor (we were worried about coffee stains, etc.). Luckily we brought some drink coasters with us. We tried the bath, but the water looked “rusty,” so we stuck to the shower except on the last day.
