The breakfast was terrible and needs a new provider or service company.

The front desk staff was rude for no reason. I went to check out to tell him we were unhappy with the room because of a bad smell. He started yelling at me. I was shocked and tried to explain, but he said there was nothing to discuss since I was checking out. I wanted to point out that the bedding was damp and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We had checked in so late and were exhausted, which is why we didn’t say anything when we got to the room. I will never choose this hotel again, no matter how late it is.

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Great service, great atmosphere, and a very relaxing experience. We will definitely be back!
