The host was very accommodating, letting us check in earlier than scheduled and even giving us a free room upgrade; everything went smoothly and we’d gladly recommend it. However, the bedroom facing the street had traffic noise, though traffic was minimal in the off‑season.

“Utmärkt för ÅDS”

The breakfast was excellent, with sea‑buckthorn drink, Åland cookies, warm and freshly baked bread, boiled eggs, spreads, a variety of drinks, porridge, yogurt, and dessert—everything you could wish for—and the staff were wonderfully helpful. The room was a bit chilly on the autumn edge, so we got an extra heater that made it unbearably hot with poor air circulation. The blankets were thin and the pillows flat.

It was easy to keep in touch with the accommodation. They responded quickly to emails and phone calls. The bathroom’s standard could be better, but that wouldn’t stop me from renting a room again.

The location of the accommodation is really great – you can head out to anywhere you want. However, despite having specifically requested two separate beds, we were given a double bed instead. On the second morning, the breakfast was a “take‑your‑own‑things from the fridge” affair; the caretaker’s second shift had stretched so long that he couldn’t make it in the morning to set up breakfast and instead put supplies for the guests in the fridge.

“Allt var bara bra.”

Breakfast was fantastic, especially the lingonberry jam and juice. It was nice that we could use the kitchen during our stay and that there was a fridge and freezer available. The shower ventilation was a bit poor, but it wasn’t a major issue.
