Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The room size and location were good, and we didn’t hear anything from the restaurant. However, the internal noise level was high because of thin or loose doors and walls. The beds were two separate, old, soft mattresses that feel pleasant only for a short time. The anonymity of the place isn’t a problem for me. It’s a shame to find a key with a name at the reception without prior notice or information.

Coffee in the morning was good, the décor and lots of greenery were nice, and the duvet was very good. Bathroom equipment was great. A very friendly lady handled everything—reception, services, cleaning. The room had no table, only a wicker chair, and the safe wasn’t offered or perhaps wasn’t there. The pillow was too big and felt stuffed.

The place was clean. 1. Check‑in required calling someone who tells you where the keys are; lockers with a code sent to them would be better. 2. The pillows were uncomfortable.
