The hotel was conveniently situated to the CBD, but it lacked a welcoming feeling.

The location was great and the room was spacious, but the bed felt extremely hard and I could feel the springs.

The management provided friendly and obliging service, especially since we had a family health issue during our return stay; they were very understanding with booking arrangements. No further comments.

We’ll definitely book again; the pubs and eateries are just a short walk away, so no need to drive. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the stopover between Melbourne and Adelaide a pleasant one.
