Ponta Delgada Guest House 2

The rate is already great—500 € for 7 nights. I was alone, but there was an option to sleep four in my reservation. Private bathroom, very large bed, kitchen, fridge… car parking. And then the proximity. The airport is 5 min by car (50 min on foot if needed). Overall, it’s convenient to get around from here. About 30 min to the west, Mosteiros, and just under an hour to Nordeste, the easternmost point. A restaurant and supermarket are a 10‑minute walk. The people running this guesthouse are very discreet, and communication can be a bit tough, but they’re still very, very kind. No complaints.

“Recomendable y con buena localización”

La habitación era muy bonita y está muy cerca de Ponta Delgada, lo que para volver al aeropuerto (teníamos que dejar el coche a las 6.30 a.m) nos lo facilitó mucho. Además, cuenta con una cocina y todo el menaje por si quieres hacer allí tus comidas. El baño pone que es privado aunque no es así. Es compartido con mínimo, la otra habitación que hay arriba, aunque no tuvimos ningún inconveniente y estaba todo limpio. Ademas huele algo a humedad la casa, pero las habitaciones las ventilas un poco y listo

The location is very good and quiet, close to the airport, city, shops, and church. I liked the parking spot. The room was spacious enough, and the bed was comfortable. The shower could be cleaner, and a sheer curtain on the window would improve privacy.

“Eine Woche...”

The hotel is just a stone's throw from the airport, making it a great base for island tours. The rooms are simple yet fully equipped. We stayed on the 1st floor and had the bathroom exclusively for us because we booked two rooms there. The beds are comfortable and there’s even a small balcony. The kitchen is shared by the four rooms, which worked out perfectly. The only thing we’d suggest is a towel change and emptying the bathroom trash can at least every three days.

“Casa di campagna fuori Ponta Delgada”

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Parking is available. The owner was very friendly. The village of Arrifes is nice and the locals are very welcoming. We were lucky to catch the village festival. The room was a bit damp, and the kitchen trash should be emptied more often.
