“Santa Fe is good”

One of the highlights of my stay was the ease of accessing the beach and surrounding areas, which made it perfect for exploring. However, I did notice that the outside areas could use some tidying up. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but I hope the hotel takes steps to improve the exterior.

“It's okay”

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's beachfront location, which provided a soothing soundtrack of waves in the morning. Although the room was a bit smaller than I had hoped, it was well-maintained and comfortable, with a reliable WiFi connection. The staff, particularly Chris, were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast, served at a nearby partner hotel, was a great way to start the day.

The hotel's great location, with easy access to town, food, and entertainment, was a major draw for me. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the fact that the resort was right on the beach was a bonus. However, I did experience some issues with the shower, as the head was clogged and didn't provide much water. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I hope the hotel addresses this issue.
