The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the views were pretty good, though I’ve stayed at many places with better views and better accommodations. The rooms didn’t live up to expectations and the listing photos seemed to be from when they were new; there were scuffs, markings, and scratches all over a very worn and dated room. A vent in the wall was very moldy (see photo) and one of the ceiling boards was falling down. The hallway carpet outside the rooms was filthy, with dirt and debris as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Breakfast was a bit chaotic because of the multiple-table buffet layout, and the food was just average. I would not stay here again; it’s definitely overpriced and not recommended.

The location in the middle of a national park/beach is great. Dinner and breakfast buffets were awesome, and even the picky eater in the group found something they liked. Nothing really went wrong.

The hotel is very nicely situated, surrounded by forest or with a view of the coast. Plenty of parking is available, even for electric cars. The hotel is well equipped and our room was spacious with a nice view. The evening buffet was extensive and tasty. The onsen is unfortunately not available for guests with tattoos.

The hotel is beautifully located, the rooms are nice and clean, there is an onsen bath, and the food is delicious! Nothing.
