The staff were friendly and very helpful, but there was outside noise (sensitive to city noise).

The hotel's location was a definite plus, but I was less than thrilled with the company I kept in the suite. While the spot was conveniently situated, having others in the room wasn't ideal.

Overall, I received good service, but there was a bit of a letdown with the hospitality. Despite this, the general service I experienced was positive.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel - the staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was a letdown. Despite the pleasant interactions with the team, I was disappointed with the state of my accommodations. Overall, it was an average stay.
