The staff were wonderful and the location great; everything else was fine 🙂.

The location is good, but it didn't feel clean.

The location right next to the port was a major advantage.

The hotel’s proximity to the port was a plus, but the room felt dirty, the carpet was damp, and breakfast offered no variety.

Friendly staff. Not so much at the sister property sky bar. Bartender was so rude about having to make 3 Miami Vice drinks. We canceled and left when he said “Ofcourse you do want the hardest drink”. Our hotel was amazing
