The property is smartly designed, nicely furnished, with a very comfortable bed and a large heated bathroom. The balcony, complete with table and chairs, is great for a short walk to the beach and the area is quiet. We couldn’t get into the garage because the roller door was recently damaged; we had to call the company for access details since no email had been sent, which would have been a big issue if we had arrived later. A few cobwebs were on the ceiling. A car is essential because the spot sits between Middleton Beach and Emu Point, with no nearby shops or restaurants.

It was peaceful, but the place felt a bit grubby and worn out, needing maintenance.

The stay was peaceful, though the place was just a little tired.

The beachfront location was lovely! The room was spacious and generous, and the highlight was the beautiful, relatively new bathroom. Unfortunately, cleanliness was inconsistent: the blinds had a thick layer of dust, the mirror and shower wall had many streaks and limescale spots, and other areas showed heavy calcification, giving a very dirty impression. The photos made the place look newer, nicer, and more comfortable than it actually was. On the balcony, which was otherwise beautiful, we couldn’t sit undisturbed because of the birds, so I ended up not using it at all.
