The facilities were comfortable, the common areas clean and cozy, and the onsen was fantastic. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient. The only downside was the coffee from the machine; everything else was great.

Everything was perfect: the location, the reception, the comfort, and the breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was delicious, and the bubuzuke was also good. It was disappointing that the window glass was not transparent and could not be opened at all, giving a claustrophobic feeling.

Everything else was excellent. The only issue was that in the morning the front desk had only one staff member, so we had to wait a long time.

Our twin room was spacious, very comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed the public bath and the perks such as coffee and smoothies from 6 am, tea and juices all day, wine and small snacks during happy hour, and more. We didn’t try the breakfast buffet, so I can’t comment on that. The staff were very patient and helpful, even with luggage delivery. The hotel is very close to the subway and major bus routes, and a large Life supermarket is just a few blocks away. The only drawback was that the hotel sits on a side street among small shops, a few hotels, and residences; for privacy, the room windows are frosted and offer no view. We were a little disappointed, but all the positives more than compensated.
