“Sorry but this was a disappointing booking”
The staff were lovely and very friendly, polite, and agreeable, but it was clear they were part‑timers; I was very tired, the bathroom was tiny and became completely wet, the toilet space was restricted with a noisy sliding privacy door, the bed was against the wall so one person had to wriggle in and out, the room was dark with many illogical light switches, the outside jacuzzi was past its best, and although the breakfast offered a multi‑choice pre‑order system, the choices weren’t delivered because there was no stock available.
