The place is very spacious and well located. Water leaked out of the shower a lot, but nothing terrible.

The location was fine. There were three steep ramps in a degraded setting, dirty and smelling of mold. The room was extremely noisy, dark, and poorly furnished (plastic chairs and lamps, built‑in fridge, etc.). The shower was broken. The floor was ruined. Check‑in and check‑out times were very strict, and services like early check‑out, late check‑in, and luggage storage were all paid. The breakfast voucher for the bar would have been fine if it didn’t only allow you to consume at the counter; I had to pay 2 € per person for breakfast.

The location was very good, cleanliness was okay. The elevator was missing.

The place sits right in the middle of town and the Italian breakfast at the nearby Gran Caffè Carolina was really good. The accommodation feels a bit worn and in need of some updates, especially the silicone seal in the shower which is quite mouldy and should be replaced. Also, there was no washing machine in our apartment (room 1).
