The spot is great—clean, convenient, and right where you want to be. Even though the website said check‑in was only until 8 p.m., the staff were super helpful and got me in at 10 p.m. No complaints.

Showed up at the hotel, but they had no room ready for me. I was left without accommodation at 8 p.m. and had to scramble for somewhere else.

Loved the location and how spotless everything was—nothing I could find fault with.

The air conditioner failed to heat the room on a chilly winter evening, leaving me cold.
