The room was very comfortable and clean. The metro exits right inside the hotel building. There were no directions on the website for how to get to the hotel, and the hotel name doesn’t show up on Google Maps. The minibar was switched off and they didn’t tell me I needed to turn it on. The food I put in the minibar spoiled after two days. The staff don’t speak English and couldn’t resolve eight basic issues. Being sent to the wrong places was very unpleasant.

Every time we visit Shenzhen, staying here feels like a home away from home; the spot is great, right above a metro station where two lines cross, and the views are spectacular whether facing the city or the mountains. If I order too much on TAOBAO, there’s a second‑hand boutique in the lobby where I can donate items. The staff are amazing, attentive to every need, and the hotel offers a laundry unit on the 23rd floor, handy for long stays. The beds are very very comfortable, the pillows fluffy, the duvet just right, and the bath towels large and fluffy. Nothing negative.
