I never got the room. The room wasn’t available and the staff never confirmed it. I tried calling on WhatsApp, but no one answered. I arrived at the hotel only to find it fully booked, so I had to find another place. It cost me an extra ride and a horrible night in Addis.
“Very bad experience”
The Reception Manager was the only decent part. It was a terrible experience. The price was high for the services, and it wasn’t worth it. They claimed breakfast was included, but there was none. On the last day we left a phone with all our travel details, return tickets, and some money in a drawer. We called, and they promised to look for it and call us back, but they never did. We had to search ourselves, but couldn’t find the phone or the money. We’re 100 % sure we left it in that drawer. Because of this, we couldn’t leave on time. This was my first visit to Addis Ababa. I was worried about a bad impression, but overall the city is beautiful and the people are kind. Still, if you go, I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Avoid at all costs. The place was filthy, with mould everywhere in the bathroom, and the shower hadn’t been cleaned in ages—just to say the least.
