I loved the pool area and the closed beds; the kitchen was always clean. Our room was freezing cold! There should have been activities, but they weren‘t really promoted. Salsa night was lovely, but the music was way too loud!

The location was excellent, the building is super cool, the room very pretty, and the price excellent. There was no hot water; they told me it depended on the time but I didn‘t get any at night or day. The staff was generally quite unfriendly.

The pool, the welcome cocktail, the upstairs area, the staff, etc. were great. Checking in at 3 pm when rooms were already available was a problem.

The staff and the facilities were good. At 3 am I had to move rooms because someone vomited, which was impressive.

The terrace, the wet areas, and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff was also good. Nothing to complain about; everything was very good.
