We walked out without staying; the pictures don’t reflect a true picture of the hotel. The swimming pool is accessed by steps which don’t appear to be safe, and we checked out the pool area before leaving. The bedding was dirty and we had to ask for help taking or suitcases up to our room. The staff are clueless about leaving; they booked a small car to take our three suitcases and hand luggage. Thankfully we booked the Frazer Suites, which is an amazing place.

They tried to charge me for bar items I didn’t consume, and they pre‑charged me; I would never recommend this place.

I got to the airport from the hotel in no time, and the taxi driver was very patient.

The room was clean, staff were enthusiastic, and breakfast was delicious, but there was no bathtub.
