The stay was absolutely amazing, with beautiful rooms, facilities, and wellness; the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcomed us with a glass of Prosseco. The staff were friendly except for the breakfast chef and the evening buffet. They were ill, uncooperative, and indifferent… awful. The evening buffet was rich, but I wouldn’t call it that; the fried cauliflower, meatballs, and roasted chicken thighs were just average, more like a self‑serve Czech cafeteria. We ate a lot, but at 650 Kč it was really disappointing. When I asked the chef to refill missing items, he replied with an ill attitude that we’d have to wait 10–15 minutes, regardless of whether it was boiled vegetables or strudel. The starters were excellent. It’s a shame, such a beautiful place and the food ruined it. If the menu had options to choose from and the waiter brought freshly cooked, hot dishes, it would have been different.
