The place was clean, but the lake view was ridiculous—no view at all because a building and a huge tree blocked it, so I wouldn't pay extra to see the lake; a young boy of the staff ran around to help us open the door, and there were broken-down cars on one side of the building.

The room was clean and quiet. AC worked well. Lawn was nice. Long term living made walking around uncomfortable, numerous outdoor cats not ideal for people with dogs, old pool needs to be repaired or removed. Old sign out front falling apart immediately made me think Oh No this is going to be bad. Description made me think I would have a balcony with a view. Not a walkway that you cannot enjoy the view from. I would not call that a balcony. The day of check out see the same room can be rented at $68 a night. When I paid $370 for 2 nights!
