The staff were welcoming, the room was comfortable and quiet. It’s close to the Charente and great for dog walks… parking is fine. The bathroom lights were insufficient and there were no tissues.

Certes, l'hôtel n'est pas dans le centre historique, mais il est à quelques minutes à pied et permet soit de rejoindre les remparts par un chemin au bord de l'eau, soit en traversant des quartiers agréables qui font découvrir l'atmosphère de la ville. Je pense que je choisirai à nouveau cet hôtel quand je retournerai à Angoulême. Rien de particulier

Arriving at the hotel, I found the room tidy and better than I’d anticipated for the price. The bathroom was clean and there was a separate toilet. Breakfast was truly delicious, and the hostess was friendly and helpful—something you don’t always get in France. The beds were short, so my feet hung over the edge. The hotel itself is fine, the surroundings are average, and it’s not much of a destination for a layover. Still, the food in the park opposite the hotel was very enjoyable.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The hair dryer didn’t work in room 209.

The location was good. The place felt old, noisy, and there were towels from the previous occupant in the bathroom.
