The location is superb, right in the center with a lively atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious, and I had everything I needed for a great stay.

The place sits right in the heart of Galata, and the staff were friendly; the elevator helped us reach the 3rd floor. However, the cleanliness was terrible—dust covered the kettle, plugs, bins, and walls, and it seemed the space under the bed hadn't been swept in five years, with socks from previous guests lying around. The walls had marks that could have been cleaned with more care. The shower floor was slick because of glossy tiles, the glass was dirty, and the toilet was unclean; overall the room was not properly cleaned and was unpleasant.

The location was the highlight—just a one‑minute walk from Galata Tower. It’s quiet enough for working from the room, and there are plenty of eateries nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
