The hotel is brand‑new and sits in an excellent spot right across from Costco and a shopping mall; the room was spotless and the full‑size kitchen was a real bonus. Fresno State University is just a 10‑minute drive away, and I’ll definitely return.

Breakfast was good and the room’s amenities were excellent, but the shower in the bathroom leaked onto the floor.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly, which immediately put me at ease. The facilities were also spotless, which was a great bonus. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and the staff's attitude.
