I was pleased with everything overall, and there were no issues.

The food variety was excellent and the staff were generally very friendly, but we found ants in the room and it wasn’t fully clean when we first arrived; the housekeeping schedule only came in the afternoon when we were already gone, and many days they didn’t clean the room at all because of that.

The facilities, food, and drinks were good, but it was unpleasant when the animators promoted activities during meals; it’s better to wait outside the restaurant.
