“Old town, good value, quiet”
I stayed in the city center, close to the old town, and the keyless entry worked fine—just a code, no key needed. Check‑in was possible at night, even without staff present, and the room was quiet, with a fridge, a kettle, and free coffee and tea (one dose per day). The room was clean. The only hiccup was that the fridge made a strange noise in the middle of the night, stopped, then started again; it seemed normal, but it was unexpected the first time.
“Great Hotel for Vilnius Old Town”
The hotel’s location is excellent for reaching restaurants, cafés, and major sights in the Old Town, and it’s very close to the Central Train Station, trolleybuses, and the Market. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom modern. Breakfast was fine and everything expected was there. We received clear instructions ahead of time for accessing the front and room doors because we arrived after 8 pm when reception closed for the night. The building is old but refurbished; the foyer is modern and clean. My room, 301, had a great bathroom but the bedroom furniture felt old‑fashioned and the room looked tacky. The curtains were old and the bottom sheet didn’t fit the two single beds pushed together. Only one pillow per bed, plus two small decorative pillows. Room 301 had a terrace, but the view was unattractive and the furniture basic. When I mentioned this to reception, they offered to move us to another room, but it would have been too much effort for just one more night. I asked to see other rooms, and they were considerably better. The Family Room on Floor 1 near the elevator had a sofa (convertible), a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a washing machine—very roomy, though it’s a Family Room, and there are four of them, so a couple could book one. I had an issue with breakfast: there are two types of cups, and the base on the larger cup doesn’t fit the saucer. I didn’t notice until I walked with it to the table where the milk was. I had made tea and needed milk; the cup toppled off and I scalded my hand. It was painful at first but improved as the day went on. I took the cup and saucer to reception and showed them what happened. They were very apologetic. I suggested they remove those cups and also put a jug of milk near where you make tea, and they did so by the next morning. The reception staff speak excellent English and were very helpful.
“The hotel is really nice, cosy, and perfectly located in the Old Town, just a 2-minute walk away. The staff are incredib”
The location was great, but I kept hearing noises from the water pipes in the room.
“מלון בוטיק ליד העיר העתיקה”
החדר היה נקי ומרווח, איש הקבלה סימפטי ועוזר. מיטה נוחה! תחנת אוטובוס בכניסה למלון. בחדר עם החזית לרחוב קצת מרעיש עם פותחים חלון, עדיף חדרים לחצר האחורית
