I was thoroughly impressed with my recent stay at this hotel, mainly because of its excellent proximity to the general manager's office. The staff were always available and willing to assist with any queries or concerns I had, making my stay truly enjoyable. However, I did notice that the hotel's Wi-Fi connectivity could be improved, as it was occasionally slow and unreliable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its prime location near GM mall, ecoshop, and a variety of restaurants, including a Malay restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. My room was clean and comfortable, providing a perfect place to rest after a long day of exploring. The hotel's proximity to shopping and dining options made it an ideal choice for me.

I was pleasantly surprised by the compact yet complete room design at this hotel, which offered excellent value for its budget-friendly price. The hotel even had a lift, which was a nice touch. However, I did notice that the wooden floors could be slippery if they got even slightly wet, so I had to be careful when walking around my room.
